Il palazzo in cui è locato l'hotel era in ristrutturazione e dislocato su più piani, l'ascensore prevede un pagamento di 10 cent. Difficilmente reperibili. Il bagno da restaurare, il personale preposto alla ricezione impreparato e scortese. La prima colazione viene servita fuori dall'hotel in un bar su tavoli non apparecchiati. Assolutamente sconsigliabile.

Lorsque j'ai réservé une chambre dans cet hôtel je n'imaginais pas avoir une chambre pour handicapé, qui ne ferme pas à clef. Je ne pensais pas que le petit déjeuner se limitait à une larme de café et un croissant (même un verre de jus d'orange était un extra payant). Je ne pensais pas devoir grimper encore 3 étages d'un autre immeuble pour régler ma chambre. Le personnel ne dit pas bonjour, ne sourit pas, voire est désagréable.
Je suis très déçue par la prestation de cet hôtel.
