Nous avons été très surpris de l'agressivité de la responsable de l'hôtel lorsque nous avons voulu partir un jour plus tôt. Elle voulait absolument nous faire payer la dernière nuit. Nous avons pris contact avec la réservation pour demander leur avis. Il a alors été proposé de verser un dédommagement de 30 €, ce que la
responsable a très mal pris. Elle a même osé dire à mon épouse qu'elle devrait apprendre l'Italien si elle voulait revenir en Italie !!
Elle était très très agressive !
Pour cette raison, nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel et ne le conseillerons pas à nos amis.
