Abbiamo soggiornato nell'hotel in occasione del riminicomix e portavamo bagagli e cosplay molto ingombranti. Il personale dell'hotel è stato disponibilissimo nei nostri contronti: sono stati cordiali ed ospitali. Le camere sono ampie e pulite ed i servizi sono buoni.
Unica pecca, secondo me, è la colazione; era sempre una lotta per trovare tazze, cucchiai etc Una maggior attenzione a questo aspetto e una maggiore varietà di cibi sicuramente non avrebbe guastato.
