Die Fotos waren nicht realistisch: vor dem Haus ging eine doppelt so breite Autostrasse durch! Auch die Strandrestaurants sind nirgens auf einem Bild zu sehen, sonder nur einen leeren Strand!!

L'albergo è evidentemente poco curato e c'è una evidente carenza di manutenzione. Il televisore non funzionava (la presa antenna del televisore era rotta), gli infissi erano scrostati, i balconi non vengono verniciati da parecchio, l'ascensore era scrostato e sporco.
Tutto l'albergo dava l'impressione di una cattiva manutenzione e con poca cura dell'aspetto esteriore.
La camera, il bagno, le lenzuola le ho trovate comunque pulite.
Il personale, per quel poco che ho visto, è sembrato gentile anche se l'aspetto era poco curato.
Comunque l'hotel così come la città, Riccione, dà l'impressione di essere rimasto agli anni '60 e che da quegli anni non ha subito né ristrutturazione né manutenzione.
Ho trovato Riccione (ma non era la perla dell'Adriatico)? poco curata, con parecchi palazzi e "ex colonie marine" abbandonati, le aiuole con l'erba mai tagliata, le strade sporche.
Tutto sembra vecchio e abbandonato.
