The room is nice, newly refurbished. There is good internet access with a computer provided in the room. Breakfast is not available on Monday's and from a bar down the road: only coffee and a croissant. There is no iron nor washing facilities available. The bus stop is just across the road and 1 bus takes you to termini station; that bus comes quite regularly. The motel itself is difficult to find, it is in an apartment block with no signs. You should call ahead to arrange meet the owners on arrival. Though we had booked on-line they had not prepared a room as we were not expected.

Les 2 chambres donnant sur la rue sont très bruyantes, seule la chambre donnant sur la cour est à peu près calme sauf quand la gérante du bed and breakfast fait tourner une machine à laver ( à partir de 9h !). L'hospitalité est fantomatique, le petit déjeuner est pris dans un café au coin de la rue. Seul bon point, un ordinateur disponible branché sur le grand écran de la télé. Le rapport qualité,services / prix est mauvais.

Das Bed & Breakfast Haus ist von außen in einem desolaten Zustand. Ohne den Taxifahrer hätten wir dieses Haus nie gefunden.

Es waren nur Gutscheine für ein Frühstück da. Wir haben allerdings drei Tage gebucht.

Vicinissimo alla stazione di Trastevere e tram. Camere pulite, proprietaria disponibile e molto cortese. Lontano dal centro, ma il prezzo è molto buono.

Sono camere separate da un corridoio, non ci sono luoghi di condivisione, nemmeno per la colazione, anzi bisogna andare al bar con un buono di euro 1.80.

Problems finding the right entrance: no hotel sign, no B&B labels... You currently need to get their phone number and organize the arrival... In next future they'll hopefully show a label on the street. Anyway it's really a good B&B. For foreign vistors the problem could be the brekfast: it's only of italian kind (like cappuccino an brioches), to be got in a bar. The owners and B&B people are very kind. Rooms are large and very comfortable. PC/Internet works fine. The railway is quite close and a large street too, so there is a little bit noise, but not so much. The surroundings are not really nice, but well connected with local transport.

Qualche difficoltà per individuare il B&B per mancanza di una targa sul portone.

Ho avvisato i proprietari che mi hanno assicurato che avrebbero provveduto quanto prima.
