Dicke Staubschicht rings um alle Möbel sowie entlang der Wände. Diverse auffallende Flecken auf dem Teppich.
Die entsprechende Bemerkung haben wir am Empfang abgegeben. Ansonst empfanden wir das Hotel sehr ansprechend. Leider war der Empfang nicht dauernd mit einer Person belegt die ausser italienisch noch eine weitere Sprache verstand.
Die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage ist für ein Fahrzeug mit langem Radstand ungeeignet. Wir schleiften teilweise mit den Vorder- wie auch mit den Hinterräder.

Lors d'un séjour de plusieurs jours les lits ne sont pas refaits, mais simplement "retroussés". L'aspiro sous les lits n'est pas passé!
Je conviens qu'il faut faire un efforts pour l'environnement, mais pour le prix je pense qu'on peux éviter la question des serviettes "changées ou pas selon notre choix" et les changer systématiquement. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, mais il faut faire un effort pour l'éclairage.

Room was too warm and we could not make it colder. We try to have window open at night but then the noise on the street was quite loud.
Otherwise we were very satisfied.

I was in this hotel several times in the cheeper periods.I was in Bergamo already twelve times.I followed the rebuilding during two years.COMPARING WITH 6 OTHER HOTELS of the città bassa,this is the very best.There is one more modern but very expensive.But the atmosphere for starting the day in the restaurant is perfect.Good service ,very clean and light,very open,beautiful sight of the streets cannot be better.When it is possible the give an upgrade.

This was an excellent Hotel that I hope I get the opportunity to stay in again. The staff were brilliant, so helpful and it catered for our every need. I was struggling for accomodation because there was a furniture fair the weekend we were there so most accomodation was fully booked we were so lucky to find this hotel, they couldn't have done anymore for us.

Highly recommended and with easy connection to Milan would prefer to stay at this hotel in Bergamo with it's good looks and great service!
