Leider wurden die Versprechen nicht eingehalten. An zwei Tagen lief der Abfluss von der Dusche nicht ab. 3 Tage hatte ich kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Es gab keine Deutschen Programme im TV, sprich es gab kein Kabel TV. Ich konnte keine Internationalen Telefonate kostenlos führen. Das Restaurant war nicht geöffnet. MfG Michael Brunnert

Tengo a precisare che il servizio è veramente efficace e di piena soddisfazione. Avevamo una stanza tripla che era troppo piccola per 3 adulti. Non hanno esitato a compensare il disguido offrendoci una camera singola per la terza persona. Grazie.

The Hotel badly connected to the city, you need to take taxi all the time to get connection. I paid: to the Duomo about 12 euros, to Fiera Milan city 20 euros. The surrounding is quiet and not much to do. Rooms are very small and AC never never worked at all during my stay and they couldn't fix it. Breakfast is OK and bar with free beverage, internet was good. I think it deserves 2 star, not more.
