Reviews Millennium Gold Hotel - Naples

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport (which is within walking distance but not at night). The room needed tea and coffee making facilities. We left early and requested a packed breakfast which was provided. The contents were poor being mainly wrapped biscuits. We had to ask for a drink to be included which the porter gave us. We ate in the restaurant because we were not happy about exploring the local area. The food quality was extremely poor. We had pasta which was under-cooked and the steak was tough. It is not easy to air such complaints to the staff whose English is limited (which is not their fault) and our Italian is even more limited. We did not complain at the time. Unless we were convinced that the hotel had significantly addressed the above points. We would be very reluctant to stay there in future. For the quality of our stay, the hotel was extremely over-priced.

Es gab keine Möglichkeit, im Hotel zu essen, was ich bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten würde. Bei der direkten Flughafennähe hatte ich erwartet, dass es einen Transfer zum Flughafen geben würde.
