Le personnel est charmant et nous a bien conseillé, quant à la restauration, une pizzeria trattoria à 5 min à pied d'un prix plus que raisonnable et de bonne qualité.Très bon parking fermé. Le seul hic est le soir de nous retrouver dans une zone mal fréquentée.

Excellent staff on the reception desk. Unlike the experiences my husband and I had had in the Lake Garda/Verona area up to then,they were extremely helpful and a great asset to the hotel. As our time in Verona was very short we intend returning and staying in the Novo Hotel Rossi.
