Ritengo pessimo il rapporto qualità prezzo perchè l'importo del soggiorno sembrava essermi stato erroneamente addebitato due volte sulla carta di credito, in realtà Cartasi mi ha poi dimostrato che l'importo della prenotazione mi è stato correttamente addebitato, contrariamente a quanto comunicatomi tramite sms.
