Alla reception non trovavano la mia prenotazione. In Hotel mi hanno fatto vedere un fax dove non c'era nome del cliente, numero di prenotazione ecc. Se non avessi avuto con me la fotocopia della prenotazione di Initalia, alle ore 23:45 non so proprio dove avrei trovato un altro hotel. Scortesia immensa della reception.

Le lit était mouillé. L' eau était froide donc pas très agréable dans un bain à bulles. Toiles d' araignées pas enlevées. Le café commandé au repas n'a jamais été servi. Le petit déjeuner était médiocre.Plus rien à manger à 9 h.
