La prima notte nel sotterraneo c'è' stata una festa organizzata dall'albergo e hanno tenuto la musica a tutto volume fino alle 3.30 del mattino; abbiamo chiamato la polizia ma hanno abbassato solo quando sono arrivati e poi hanno alzato disinteressandosi. Di questa discoteca non ci è stato detto mai niente. Ci siamo svegliati alle 00.30 con la musica e per loro era tutto normale. Noi avevamo un bimbo di 2 anni e soggiornavamo al primo piano. Colazione scarsa, personale non preparato al servizio. A mio avviso l'hotel non meritava le 4 stelle assegnate e corrisponde più ad un 2 stelle.

Ho pagato con carta prepagata (virtuale, come richiesto dalla banca per ragioni di sicurezza). Alle mie due ospiti al mattino è stato richiesto il pagamento della camera, che loro si sono rifiutate di fare. L'operazione di addebito al momento della prenotazione non era andata a buon fine. Sarebbe stata sufficiente il giorno successivo alla prenotazione, una telefonata per evitare una figuraccia da parte mia verso le mie 2 ospiti. Per il resto tutto OK. anche se va in secondo ordine!

Nous sommes arrivé à une période ou il y avait beaucoup de jeunes car c'était la semaine du patrimoine en Italie. La semaine a donc été horrible car il y avait beaucoup de bruit. L' hôtel étant mal insonorisé sur 7 nuits nous en avons passé que 3 de bonnes. Nous reconnaissons que le personnel de l'hôtel a été très gentil et serviable, que les chambres étaient impeccable mais nous voulions simplement dormir. Il est clair que nous ne retournerons plus dans cet hôtel.
