Only upon arrival were we made aware that the airport shuttle was public transportation.
The next morning when we took a cab to the airport we were charged 20 euros and, quite frankly, felt ripped off, leaving a very bad impression about the way the hotel took care of us.
Sorry I can't be more positive but that's the way we felt and still feel.
