My Husband and i really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was just beautiful.

This hotel is very good value. However we were 2 couples who booked standard rooms and both rooms were very poor. The first was because it was far too small for 2 people. The bed was pushed against the wall which meant there was no access from it. There weren't facilities in the room for two people. This was Room 103. The other room 102 was lovely but very near the reception and breakfast room. This meant we were kept awake at night and from 6:00 am, when the staff arrived.There was absolutely no sound proofing. It seems very unfair that other standard rooms for the same price do not have these problems. We couldn't be moved because the hotel was full. We had made this booking 9 months earlier knowing it was for the busy season and therefore felt very angry that our stay in Sorrento was spoilt due to lack of sleep.
