The hotel restaurant has been closed for quite a long time and is open ONLY for breakfasts - nevertheless, they are excellent and offer an unusually wide range of foods. As regards dinners and lunches, you can have them at the Andreas Restaurant & Pizzeria oposite the hotel (about 100 metres across the street) where you can order excellent home-made meals (there is one big plus for Czech guests - the waitress speaks Czech!!! ) The swimming pool is according to the description; only, guests are strictly required to wear swimming caps (you can buy them at the reception).Overall, a very good hotel with a very good location for a very good price!!!!!

Nous avions deux chambres: une, un peu petite à peine pouvions nous mettre nos bagages, et il aurait été impossible de déjeuner dans la chambre N° 150. La chambre 151 plus grande même prix, hôtel pour une nuit de passage, difficile à recommander, pas un 4 étoiles, ne vaut pas plus que le tarif que nous avons payé.

Chambre un peu tristounette, bien que l'hôtel soit calme et accueillant.

Nella stanza non funzionava l'aria condizionata e faceva piuttosto caldo.

On arrival staff were friendly and helpful, particularly in regard to online check in for our flight the next day. However guidance on using the bus into Pisa was not accurate for that day.

It would have been helpful to see a map showing the hotel position in relation to the centre of Pisa, with bus stops marked, or reliable taxi pick up points.

The taxi ordered for us was excellent.

Proximity of hotel for airport and Pisa centre suited our needs well.

We did feel the website made hotel appear more attractive than it was.

La tv nella camera è veramente piccola , difficile guardarla dal letto

Ottimo servizio per colazioni e cena

1. We had to stop the cleaner's spraying the rooms (overpowering, cemical smell).

2. Room fine. Shower small and dangerously slippy, toilet only for "sideways" use!

3. Very nice place and facilities.

4. The cleaner was nice, in restaurant and bars there was never a smile. Sad...

4. Most receptionists "OK", but never smile.

(Same in shops, buss, restaurants etc. The Italiens don't seem to like their jobs...)

4. Please note: However, the very helpful and smiling young man in the reseption made up for all the others!

5. The restaurant was fine, but where was "the good Italian cousin"?

8. Remove "Best Western". It made us expect rolls or toast for breakfast.

10. The quiet park, parking facilities and the smiling reseptionist made this score.

10. If no need to dine in, we might come back.
