100% of customers would book Relais Villa Abbondanzi again
Ein sehr geschmackvolles und gut ausgestattetes Haus. Morgens nach dem Aufstehen auf den See des Golfplatzes zu blicken und den Störchen bei der Morgenwäsche zusehen, dass hat wirklich was. Wir waren darüber hinaus vom (nächtlichen) Service angetan. Aufgrund einer Verspätung der Fährankunft in Ancona kamen wir erst nachts um 02.00 Uhr im Hotel an. Trotz geschlossenem Tor und ersten Verständigungsschwierigkeiten, aufgrund dessen, dass der Sicherheitsmann kein Englisch sprach und unser italienisch bescheiden ist, haben wir trotzdem Einlass gefunden und bemühtes Engagement des Wachmannes erfahren. Wir würden jederzeit wieder im Relais Abbondanzi buchen bzw. werden dieses Hotel sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

We were upgraded free of charge on arrival. The owner introduced himself and was very helpful.
