The woman at the reception desk was wonderful. She helped us in so many ways. She was very friendly and helpful. She made this stay very welcoming. We speak enough Italian to communicate effectively with her. Thank you so much for our great memories.

Chambre vieillotte, pas belle, bonne literie plus, wifi gratuit plus. Accès métro et centre ville plus, parking moins et petit déjeuner vraiment pas terrible. Il vaut mieux aller le prendre dans un café des environs, c'est moins cher et meilleur.

Некомпетентность отдельных служащих на reseption, что привело нас к уплате штрафа за неправильную парковку (хотя была обещана бесплатная стоянка, что и явилось одним из критериев выбора данной структуры). После этого никто не мог точно сказать нам где и как оплачивать этот штраф, хотя общались и на итальянском и на английском.
