Желательно менять постельное белье хотя бы раз в неделю. За две недели проживания постель не менялась.
Желательно делать уборку в номерах.

I would have liked to see that the hotel also supplies some tea/coffee making facilites, and to provide dishwashing cleaners in the kitchen, teatowels for drying hands, dishes etc, and because of language communication staff were not able to help when needed.
