Room never vacuumed.

We were very disappointed with the initial customer service we received at the hotel. I had booked 4 twin rooms and on arrival we had 4 double beds. I asked at reception if this could be rectified and I was told by Maurizio (who was quite rude) that this was not normal and they couldn't do anything that evening as there were no chambermaids. I offered to do it myself provided he provided us with 4 extra duvets but again he was very rude and said no to my request. When I said I was going to complain to the booking company (yourselves) another lady appeared (I think her name was Sylvia) she was much more pleasant and said she would try her best to rectify the situation that evening. Within about 30 minutes, 2 gentleman came and remade the beds very quickly. So there was no need for Maurizio's rudeness and refusal to help. I would be unlikely to recommend this hotel because of that.

Tienen la peor conexión WIFI que he experimentado en mi vida en cualquier hotel del mundo. Tanto en su página web como en los buscadores de hoteles donde se publicitan, anuncian que tienen WIFI gratuito para todos sus clientes, cuando haces el chek-in te dicen que solo dispones de 500 megas para toda tu estancia y solo se puede conectar un dispositivo móvil por cada habitación, por lo que resulta imposible que dos personas que están juntas en la habitación hagan uso a la vez de internet.

Tampoco se puede usar el programa skype, lo cual para viajeros extranjeros es tremendamente incómodo y algo con lo que no contábamos antes de llegar.

Y lo peor de todo, a parte de poder conectar solo un dispositivo y de la limitación de la navegación es que resulta casi imposible hacer uso del wifi, porque si hay mucha gente conectada a la vez no funciona. En recepción me dijeron que había mucha gente esos días en el hotel, pero ese no es el problema de los huéspedes, ellos deberían contratar un mejor servicio porque es normal que cuando la gente se levanta y llega para dormir haga uso de internet.

Not too friendly to wheelchair bounded guests, very small lifts. Not allowed tp even make tea/coffee in the room. No own parking- have to park on the pavement outside hotel.

Hôtel très bien situé mais dans une rue très sale. La chambre propre, spacieuse, calme et avec mini bar mais sans balcon. Petit déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix ( œuf jambon fromage café croissant etc......). Nous sommes allez dans cet hôtel avec notre petit chien (2.3kg) nous avons payé en plus 50€ pour 4 nuits cela fait un peu cher. Pour la voiture le prix du garage est en fonction de sa grosseur donc nous l'avons laisser dans la rue il n'y a pas eu de problème mais le parking devrait être compris dans le prix de la chambre. L’hôtel est bien desservi pour se rendre au centre ville (tramway a 200m.)

I letti sono troppo bassi ed il sistema di illuminazione è pessimo.
