Abbiamo prenotato questo albergo perchè non richiedeva alcuna caparra confirmatoria. Al ritorno, controllando i movimenti sulla carta data in garanzia, ho notato che mi è stato addebitato l'importo della prima notte. Quindi, avendo pernottato due notti, ad oggi ne abbiamo pagate tre. Ci auguriamo una rapida risoluzione del problema.
Un Hotel stupendo comunque.
