Bad hydraulics, shower had to be repaired during our stay, also room serviced selection of fruits was expensive and lousy. Unfriendly breakfast personnel.

Расположение отеля - единственное, что мне понравилось. Наш 3 местный номер (и многие другие номера на той же стороне отеля) был с видом на технические постройки отеля , вдоль окна расположена шахта кондиционера, отчего в номере был постоянный шум и вибрация, открыть окно и спать было невозможно. Думаю, что необходимо предупреждать при бронировании о таких ужасных условиях проживания в 4 звездочном отеле. Пришлось 2 раза сходить на ресепшн, что бы дали третий комплект полотенец. В номере было 2 чайные чашки, по 2 пакета чая, кофе и сахара, ничего на третьего человека мы не дождались. Завтраки в отеле хорошие, но кофе вечером в баре пить не советую, т.к. то, что подают под видом кофе (американо)-это просто коричневая вода, за которую еще и платишь 5 евро. Нигде в Италии (мы путешествовали целый месяц) не было такого отвратительного напитка. Постараюсь больше в этот отель не приезжать.
