Il personale è stato molto gentile e molto disponibile. Le camere dotate di ogni comfort e la prima colazione veramente bene organizzata. Lo consiglio a tutti vivamente anche per l'ottima posizione. La stazione dista veramente qualche passo a piedi e la stessa cosa per il centro. Ottimo Hotel! Dovessi tornare a Bologna sono sicuro di tornare a questo hotel.

Purtroppo nonostante mi avessero assegnato una bella stanza un fastidiosissimo rumore della ventola dell'aria condizionata mi ha costretto ad andare via. Alla reception comunque ho trovato una gentilissima impiegata. Ho pagato la stanza nonostante ritenga che sia un disturbo che si possa eliminare, grazie. Luciana Perugia frascati. Questo è successo la notte del 03 .10.10.
