I servizi dell'hotel sono tutti ottimi; il "buono" è riferito alle condizioni dell'hotel, in generale più che buone, fatta eccezione per i salotti (divani) posti al piano ricevimento, che andrebbero rifoderati o sostituiti.

Hallways & rooms are too warm. Remove some of the high intensity light bulbs at elevators. Pillows were lumpy, but corrected easily when we reported it at front desk. The breakfast was well laid out, but service was not good. Plates not cleared in a timely way, scrambled eggs were cold. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Person who cleaned our room came in to clean while we were in the room and was asked to leave for a few minutes. She then rang the bell at the door twice after five minutes to press us to leave. We have traveled extensively and never experienced that from cleaning staff.

Bathroom was not clean when we arrived but room was large and spacious. Breakfast was good but we always had to share our table with strangers. This has never happened in any other hotel we have stayed in in Europe- even Italy. Air conditioning was not good so I had to open windows. As a result I suffered mosquito bites which became infected. Have had to take anti-biotics to deal with bites.

En el check-in tardaron mas de media hora para darnos dos suites junior y al final confundirnos las habitaciones. Como saliamos a las 5 de la mañana y teníamos pagado el desayuno nos ofrecieron un "breakfast pack" para recoger en recepción a nuestra salida pero se les olvidó apuntarlo y nos tuvimos que ir sin un triste café........

Sicuramente lo consiglierò ad altre persone.
