Hotel très convivial et personnel très sympathique, endroit à recommander pour séjour agréable.

Si mangia malissimo. Non sono capaci neanche a preparare un semplice caffè o una normale bistecca. In stanza non c'è il frigo, il phone, il televisore è presente ma non funziona la stanza e piena di polvere e zanzare appiccicate dappertutto.

Scomodo con i punti più d'interesse (loc.tà sul mare).

Bagno camera, box doccia pericoloso.

Isolation phonique insuffisante.

The receptionist was very service minded and spoke English and German fluently. The staff at the restaurant was sweet, but the food was average. The hotel pool was lovely and surroundings nice and clean. The first day was very noisy due to the poor isolation of the walls, you could hear every sound from hall and other rooms, and there were many guests. The view over the mountains was stunning.

The hotel was chosen by chance on the internet, while we were in Verona. InItalia has been a good choice 3 times before. Thank you for asking. M. Hummelgaard.

Si le confort des chambres est "suffisant" il correspond plutôt à celui d'un 2 étoiles que d'un 3 étoiles à mon avis. L'hôtel pose un seul problème: le soir après le dîner, il n'y a plus de personnel pour faire observer un minimum de discipline (ou de silence) à certains résidents qui restent en terrasse (donc sous les fenêtres des chambres) très tardivement et pour quelques uns très bruyamment, obligeant les autres résidents à intervenir. Pour le reste, le personnel est très accueillant et attentif.
