72% of customers would book Hotel Pallanza again
Nous étions dans cet hotel en "morte" saison. Nous n'avons donc pas connu de problèmes de stationnement, ou de bruit. Il est clair qu'en haute saison, ces problèmes doivent être beaucoup plus importants.
Tout le personnel de l'accueil parlait français, et ils ont été réellement adorables. Serviables, prévenants, etc. La perfection sur ce point.

Les points forts : la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Très bon petit déjeuner. Le cadre et la situation proche de tous services et lieux touristiques sans être envahi.
Le point faible : les parties communes de l'hotel en particulier la montée d'escalier meriterait un petit rafraichissement.

Pour le prix de 165 euros la nuit j'aurais souhaiter avoir un balcon. Sinon l'acceuil est très chaleureux, le personnel très souriant et serviable et la chambre propre et confortable.
