Assistenza personale: gentile all'arrivo, prodigo di consigli, ma pessimo alla partenza.
Al momento di prendere la navetta al ritorno, quando feci presente che era l'orario accordato mi e' stato risposto di avere qualche minuto di tolleranza, e il modo in cui l'addetta ci liquido' fu decisamente scortese. Devo aggiungere che per un 4 stelle, la colazione non era all'altezza, specie, considerando l'ambiente angusto dove ci si trovava costretti a code per servirsi del buffet.

Le seul reproche que j' ai à faire concerne la navette de retour de l' aéroport à l' hôtel : le chauffeur appelé par téléphone a dit qu' il arrivait et n' est pas arrivé. J'ai dû demander les services de transfert des hôtels à l' aéroport et j' ai failli rater mon avion.

Si segnala innanzitutto la scortesia di alcuni membri del personale (una in particolare), veramente di una villaneria rara.
La pulizia nelle stanze lascia molto a desiderare: porta del bagno unta, con un sacco di impronte; polvere dappertutto, specie sotto il letto; sanitari puliti sommariamente; biancheria cambiata poco spesso (io addirittura al mio arrivo ho trovato le federe del letto già sgualcite).
Non è presente un servizio bar, nè un ristorante all'interno dell'hotel; bisogna recarsi fuori, ma l'ubicazione dell'hotel è poco felice, si affaccia su una strada estremamente trafficata, e con pochissimi esercizi commerciali.
La distanza dalla Fiera non è assolutamente di 6 km come dichiarato, ma del doppio (controllare su Google per credere), e la navetta per il trasporto alla Fiera o all'aeroporto è a pagamento (e non a prezzi economici), cosa assolutamente inusuale in un hotel a 4 stelle.
Nel complesso, non posso dire di ritenermi soddisfatta (come neppure molti altri ospiti dell'hotel), e non tornerei più in questa struttura.

L'hotel a mio avviso non rispecchia assolutamente quanto proposto. Inoltre secondo me tutte le camere sono uguali e non esiste differenza tra camera normale, superior o junior suite e quindi la differenza di prezzo non dovrebbe esistere.
