We had for more then 24 hours no hot water. Restaurant, in June , was closed. At the Bar, a bottle prosecco was hard to find and in the end the girl found one and it was hot. We weren't able to change the TV from RAI 1 to an other channel. In the room there was only on one site of the bed a very small lamp so not able to read in the bed.
