J ai apprécié que le petir déjeuner soit servi 30mn plus tôt que l'horaire prévu (6h30 au lieu de 7h) spécialement pour moi, car je devais quitter l'hôtel avant 7h.

On arrival we told the staff on the desk that we had to be at the airport for 5 a.m the next morning , (reason for staying at hotel ), and as we were booked for bed and breakfast , would there be any chance in getting coffee ,as we were leaving before breakfast and had payed for it . The receptionist was very unhelpful ,grumpy and more or less just said tough . We even spoke to him in Italian as my partner is Italian . When we got to our room after having to wait 3 quarters of an hour, as the room was not ready , there was no complimentary shower gel or soap , but the maid was still on the landing and she kindly gave us some . there was no directions as how to get to anywhere . We then went out and on the way stopped at reception to ask if there was any chance of getting some discount on dinner as we were not getting breakfast , reply no way . When we got back to hotel about 2 hours later there was a change of receptionist , we asked the gentleman on reception if the staff had made a note or passed on the message about us leaving early the next day , he said no ,and when we asked if we could have an alarm call about 4.15 am he just gave a shoked look and said I will be asleep at that time . Next morning there was 1 ring on the phone . When we got down to the reception to leave there was no one there we rang the bell and the gentleman eventualy appeard with shorts, t shirt looking like he had just got out of bed with hair uncombed and sleepy eyed. We asked him could he call a taxi , as he did unwillingly after a big sigh . We waited about 20 mn. on taxi , in that time the receptionist kept sighing as if we were keeping him up , and the eventualy opened the door to let us out . We can only say we had a most unpleasant stay at your hotel and would not be booking there again

Quando ho fatto la prenotazione on-line dell'albergo, ho dato l'indicazioni della carta di credito pensando di pagare immediatamente. Alla partenza però mi è stato cortesemente detto che non avevo pagato in effetti, cosa che ho dovuto fare invece al momento. Trovo questa procedura illogica, e preferirei pagare on-line.
