Su tre pernottamenti ho avuto due notti disturbate da ospiti maleducati e rumorosi in piena notte.
la seconda notte ho fatto le mie rimostranze e il portiere ha affermato di essere al corrente.
a mio avviso era necessario agire con fermezza.
piccola nota al mattino a colazione il cappuccino non è servito al tavolo ....
insomma non una bellissima esperienza.
