We realized that the hotel is currently renovating its apartments and we were in one of the apartments that still had to be refurbished. However, the apartment was fine for our requirements. What is important for us is to have a good, clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. Both of these were in order.

The only criticism we had, was that the water temperature was inconsistant, even for a 5 minute shower.

We would certainly consider staying there again, if we come back to Pisa.

J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, le réceptionniste très agréable et disponible, le petit appartement très sympa avec un bébé pour installer son lit et chauffer le biberon...

l'hôtel est très bien indiqué d'où que l'on vienne, on ne peut pas le rater...

il est à proxilité de la ville, évidemmment l'environnement est pas super, mais onne passe pas la journée dans son hôtel...

Il personale è stato molto cortese nel reperire una collanina e orecchini lasciati sul posto e spediti poi a casa. Un lavello non scaricava e veniva su peluria non nostra.

Non è stato possibile avvisare in quanto il personale era già andato via. La pulizia era in buono stato. Porte e infissi del bagno fatiscenti, non a livello certo di un tre stelle. Il miscelatore del lavello era intoccabile. Avrei gia fatto molte dimostranze al momento della partenza, ma poi mi sarei rovinato la giornata.

Ripeto, la grande cortesia usata nel farmi reperire gentilmente quanto detto sopra fa si che il rispetto per il personale è ottimo. la stanza era la 104.
