Appartamento nell'ambito del residence, dotato di quanto utile al soggiorno per periodi medio lunghi, dotato di cucina ma non di quanto necessario per usufruirne, buona la collocazione per chi necessita recarsi in ospedale e servito da linee di mezzi pubblici per il collegamento cittadino. Utile la vicinanza con esercizi pubblici quali ufficio postale, bar, panetteria, ed altro ancora. Particolare menzione per la operatrice telefonica che ha fornito un servizio più che ottimo, gentilissima e premurosa, veramente encomiabile.
