Seul problème rencontré: le bruit nocturne de l'avenue (très passante) + le bar juste en dessous où il y a des fêtards juste tard dans la nuit : insonorisation insuffisante compte tenu de la localisation = demandez des chambres de l'autre côté de l'avenue et du bar !!!
