Le Vs offerte dovrebbero essere più favorevoli per quelli che vengono da voi e soggiornano per lavoro. La cartografia per raggiungervi potrebbe essere più semplice e chiara. La Reception dovrebbe essere più attenta alle richieste e alle domande info che gli vengono poste. Più calorose e più empatiche le persone che rispondono. Captare le persone che soggiornano e possono tornare causa di affari in zona, e quei clienti occasionali. Maggior riguardo per quelli che tornano più volte. Le camere dovrebbero essere dotate di pubblicazioni per la lettura, per coloro che non vedono la tv. Il fatto che per uscire con l'auto necessita passare sempre davanti alla entrata non è sobrio.
