Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hotel jedoch ziemlich heruntergekommen. Gesaugt wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nie. Krümmel vom vorherigen Gast noch vorhanden.
Frühstück jeden Tag das gleiche Angebot. Keine Abwechslung.

Le parking était trop petit et souvent plein.
Les lits étaient de très mauvaise qualité.
Les fixations de la lunette des WC était si rouillées que plus rien ne tenait en place. La douche était très vétuste avec un pommeau fixe !
Un insecte a filé sous le lit le premier matin...
Cependant, la salle à manger avait une vue imprenable sur le lac et la terrasse était très agréable. Le personnel était aimable.

Da qualche tempo soggiorno all' hotel Milano di Belgirate,
mi sono sempre trovata benissimo, le camere con vista sul lago e con balcone sono veramente piacevoli anche se non di lusso.
Il personale è molto gentile e particolarmente attento al servizio e al cliente.

Je doute franchement que cet hotel soit réellement un 4 étoiles, comme renseigné sur votre site. Sur place, vous ne trouverez d'ailleurs aucune trace de cette classification. Hotel vieillot, poussiéreux, une chambre quad qui n'en n'est pas une et un hôtel ... vide de client.

Da alcuni anni frequento il Lago Maggiore e dopo esperienze a Stresa non positive per qualità /prezzo, a Belgirate, delizioso piccolo centro sul lago, ed in particolare all' hotel Milano con camere e balcone sul lago, ho trovato tranquillità e relax.
Il ristorante è particolarmente curato, il personale ottimo e gentile.
Ho gustato il Piatto del Buon Ricordo: delizioso!
E' possibile fare escursioni in collina, con fioriture di essenze particolari o con il battello alle Isole e in Svizzera.
