Ho passato una notte d'inferno con un falso allarme incendio alle 4.00 e con personale che entra in camera con me presente nella prima mattinata.
Il personale non era nemmeno informato dello sciopero generale dei mezzi pubblici e mi ha mandato alla fermata del bus, dove ho atteso inutilmente per parecchio tempo.
In generale il servizio e' stato pessimo.
