Als wir uns Sonntagnachmittag einchecken wollten war das Hotel geschlossen. Lediglich ein Zettel mit Telefonnummer hing an der Hausglocke. Da wir ohne Handy unterwegs waren und kein öffentl. Telefon aufzufinden war, waren wir auf fremde Hilfe angewiesen.
Wir haben La Reunion unter anderem wegen der vorhandenen Kochmöglichkeit gewählt.

Visiter Ravenne en étant en plein coeur fut un plaisir. Les membres de l'hotel sont très serviables. J'ai formulé quelques remarques sur des manquements d'équipement dans la cuisine (éponge, plat entrant pour le micro onde, adaptateur électrique manquant). Le personnel les a écoutées avec attention.

Dieses Hotel kann man ohne Probleme weiterempfehlen. Das Personal kann fließend Deutsch und ist immer freundlich. Das Zimmer war modern und sehr schön. Kostenloses Internet, eine komplette Kochnische, Badezimer mit Waschmaschien und und und runden das Angebot ab.
