Three complaints - least to most serious comments follow:
1. Shower head was broken - could take a shower but no shower head at all (just an open pipe) would have been better.
2. Air conditioner simply didn't work - it was a very hot couple of days. Air was not cold and system was set to provide 'powerful' air flow (not cold air, just harder fan setting) for only 5 - 10 minutes before reverting to insufficient flow. Check the refrigerant levels in your air conditioning unit! (Note that the lobby AC worked fine and would stay on 'powerful' flow as long as it was desired.)
3. Hotel representative was extremely unhelpful about AC problem - besides accusing me of having ruined the setting by trying to get cold air out of the AC!?!! She absolutely did not want to let me change rooms (though there was almost noone else staying at hotel) and even stated that I choose that room - as if that justifies my having to put up with a broken AC!!
You have a great location. Your room furnishings are very plain but sufficient. But your desk help is unacceptable - I will not return.

Las habitaciones son normales como para una estancia en Roma de pocos días en las que no vuelvés a la habitación mas que para dormir. El ascensor no está habilitado para los huéspedes del hotel. El desayuno es malo. La ubicación es excelente. No hay recepción antes de las 7, sino solamente la mujer que hace la limpieza que está por las mañanas...luego no hay nadie. Así que hay que programar la llegada para la mañana. Son muy amables.

IL PROBLEMA FONDAMENTALE E' CHE IL FORO ROMANO SI SPACCIA PER HOTEL, MA E' SOLTANTO UN AFFITTACAMERE SENZA RECEPTION E SENZA ASCENSORE! ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO A FAMIGLIE CON BAMBINI PICCOLI PERCHE' LE CAMERE POSSONO ESSERE ANCHE AL 3' O 4' PIANO. INOLTRE ANNOTATEVI IL NUMERO DEL TELEFONINO DI QUALCHE ADDETTO DELL'HOTEL ALTRIMENTI RISCHIATE, SOPRATTUTTO SE ARRIVATE IN ORARI PARTICOLARI, DI TROVARE IL PORTONE DI INGRESSO CHIUSO SENZA CHE NESSUNO VI POSSA APRIRE! PER IL RESTO CAMERE E BAGNO OK E POSIZIONE MOLTO BUONA IN PIENO CENTRO.

Mauvais pour 3 raisons :
L'environnement est très bruyant, la chambre n'a pas de double vitrage.
Ni eau, ni soda dans le réfrigérateur de la chambre.
Les petits-déjeuners étaient très moyens.

It's very important to have an elevator. Too many stairs for lifting suitcases. But the lady of the hotel told us that hotel guests may use the elevator (what is already in the building) next year. We hope so.
The breakfast was scanty and needs more variety like meets, eggs etc.
More space in bathroom like a big display for toiletries.

L'unico neo degno di nota è che il personale è poco e si divide in più alberghi facenti capo ad un'unica struttura.
Pertanto, ad esempio, il check-in, più che essere 24h su 24 è "on demand": bisogna indicare con precisione l'orario d'arrivo, se non si arriva in mattinata, (pena il rischio di non trovare nessuno) e non è previsto deposito bagagli dopo il check-out. Non per cattiveria, ma proprio perché non c'è nessuno in reception..
La colazione è così così: tenete conto che caffè e cappuccini sono fatti da una macchinetta come quelle da ufficio. Probabilmente, però, non c'è spazio sufficiente per altre soluzioni.
Per il resto, tutto perfetto: le camere sono pulite e splendidamente arredate, nemmeno piccolissime. L'albergo è appena ristrutturato, tutto nuovo.
Il posticino è molto molto romantico, ideale per coppiette, a mio avviso.
La nostra dava su una via interna, ma visto che siete in centro secco, e la movida c'è, consiglio di dormire coi tappi.
Il personale è gentile e disponibile, anche se è costretto a fare la spola tra più alberghi...

Hotel sympathique MAIS, ilne faut pas avoir de chambre sur la via Cavour car il est impossible de dormir la nuit à cause du bruit.
l'hotel etant vide nous avons pu avoir une autre chambre la deuxiemme nuit, donnant sur la ruelle.
moins imposante mais plus clame
ce serait l'hotel parfait s'il s'équipait de double vitrage
