Frühstück gab es bis 10.00 Uhr, wenn man später als 9.00 Uhr kam, war nicht mehr viel da. Der Pool war trotz gutem Wetter an einigen Tagen nicht zu nutzen.

Einige Damen an Rezeption und Restaurant waren fast unfreundlich, dafür aber die Herren netter. Die drei aufgeführten deutschen TV-Programme gingen anfangs gar nicht, nach Reklamation wurden zwei gefunden. Als ich an einem Abend nur ein Glas Wein im Restaurant trinken wollte, musste ich 3,00 Euro für den Wein, 2,00 Euro für mein Glas und 5,00 Euro für nicht bestellte Snacks bezahlen, also insgesamt 10,00 Euro. Wollte wegen diesem geringen Betrag keinen Aufstand machen, fand das aber sehr kleinlich für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel.

Excellent hotel from point of view of arrangement!

Nice garden area around, with pool, small lake with waterbirds and general expression, while you staying at territory of hotel (gentle music, nice aromates).

But, when you comes outside, environment is not so pleasant.

Moreover, we had a big problem to find the hotel, because of address was indicated like "SS18", but this road more than 100 km long!

Ho scelto l' hotel che piu` mi aggrada come qualita` e prezzo tenendo conto principalmente di arrivare alla destinazione finale senza dovermi stancare troppo.

Tutto sommato un ottimo hotel e sicuramente ritornerò presto ....non esiste niente di meglio nella zona. complimenti

It was difficult to find out information about services such as breakfast as we don't speak Italian and staff at hotel did not speak English.

A printed information leaflet in different languages would be helpful.

All'arrivo in hotel mi è stato detto che dovevo essere accompagnato in un altro albergo ad essi collegato. Soltanto dopo le mie rimostranze mi è stata assegnata una camera cui hanno aggiunto un letto di emergenza. Per quella notte hanno accettato un numero di persone superiore alla loro ricettività per cui c'è stato un gran trambusto di persone che protestavano fino a notte inoltrata. La colazione viene servita in un bar difficilmente raggiungibile e consta della semplice brioche e caffè.
