Bonjour,
Le séjour s'est très bien passé, les chambres sont propres et identiques aux photos.
J'aurais aimé un peu plus de choix pour le petit déjeuner (céréales, pain, fruits).
En conclusion, je reviendrai dans cet établissement, Sharon est très sympathique.

Un mauvais point: Petit déjeuner a faire soi-même !
En fait, vous etes dans un appartement de 4 pièces, dans une résidence type années 60/70, transformees en B&B. Vous n'y verrez que les personnes qui font les chambres. Les filles qui s'occupent de l'accueil quand vous arrivez sont tres sympa. Il vaut mieux savoir parler anglais (ou Italien évidemment !)
A savoir, si vous arrivez tard, il faut appeler la propriétaire du B&B sur son portable et il faut contacter initalia pour cela.
En dehors du centre-ville, mais la ligne de bus passe devant. Plusieurs lignes permettent d'aller au Vatican et a la lisiere du centre.
Un bon rapport qualite/prix en tout cas. Tres propre et recemment ammenagé.

Out of four rooms, only 2 rooms had air conditioning.
3 air conditioned rooms was booked but unable to get air condition to one of the room.
A small amount of money (e30.00) refunded did not meet vacationing tourist's comfort while on vacation. Cleanliness of the rooms is excellent.

Sarebbe utile informare il cliente quando avviene la consegna delle camere, visto e considerato che nel mio caso è avvenuta dopo le ore 15 e con una ulteriore attesa di 40 min. per la pulizia. Il che non nascondo che mi ha creato un notevole disagio nonchè stupore e disappunto .
