We appreciated the early breakfast to accommodate early flight schedules, and the shuttle service to and from the airport. However, we had to wait over half an hour for the shuttle to come after our arrival at Malpensa.

La prima colazione così poverissima e così mal servita mai visto prima: i formaggi una scelta sola, il pane fresco una scelta sola, i dolci di pessima qualità. i camerieri girano in sala senza salutarti e senza chiederti se desidereresti un caffè, invece il personale di servizio arrivano con carrello di pulizia e puliscono i tavoli quasi sopra la testa dei clienti.
