Ho avuto grossi problemi con la mia carta di credito, sulla quale il personale dell'albergo ha operato delle pre-autorizzazioni in maniera inadeguata e all'inizio anche impropria perché hanno addebitato il costo di entrambe le notti invece che di una sola. Sono rimasta assolutamente delusa dalla superficialità e l'assoluta mancanza di professionalità dimostrata nell'affrontare questa questione.
