Staff assistance was very good. We wanted to have a room with a bath tab but we didn't tell this request at the reservation.
A very gentle young lady reppresentative was so nice that she re-organized the rooms and gave us a room we wanted.
But the restaurant was not so good but the price was high.
Next time we wll have a dinner outside before checking in.

Only problem was the impossibility to use the navette to go from and to airport. PRICES CHARGED BY LOCAL TAXIS ( 20 EUROS) FOR EACH TRIP ARE RIDICULOUS, taking into consideration the distance. It is an obvious exploitation of a situation of diddiculty to find alternatives.
