I waited over an hour for the hotel shuttle bus which never arrived, despite being told it would come in ten minutes. In the end I had to take a taxi. Apart from that ,the hotel itself was fine.

I was served uncooked meat for my evening meal and had to send it back the restaurant staff were not attentive. the atmosphere in the restaurant is cold and not comforting. to believe such food and service in the finest culinary region of Italy is beyond my conception.

the staff was adequate in reception and bar but were not cordial and were too "sterile" fo my tastes.

i chose your hotel because of my experiences in the USA with the company.

your facility is inadequate compared to the ones i have visited elsewhere in this world. i cannot recommend it to any of my friends.

Waited for courtersy bus from airport for over one hour despite being told it would be there in 10 minutes. In the end I took a taxi costing 12 euros. Other guests appear to have had similar experiences judging by the online reviews. Otherwise, the hotel itself was fine.

Nonostante avessi richiesto il servizio sveglia la sera prima, il mattino non ha suonato il telefono. Per fortuna mi sono svegliata naturalmente. Per fortuna, altrimenti avrei perso il volo per Colonia dove mi recavo per lavoro. La cosa mi avrebbe procurato non pochi pèroblemi per recuperare un nuovo volo, perdere quello che l'ufficio mi aveva prenotato eccetera eccetera.

Assolutamente ignorati all'arrivo dal personale della reception. nessuno ha fatto il gesto di offrirsi per accompagnarci in camera. per la cronaca siamo arrivati sabato 29/12 alle ore18,00 circa. non penso alloggiaremo mai più in questo albergo. cordiali saluti

Estrema difficoltà a trovare l'hotel data la carenza o poca visibilità di cartelli indicatori

I chose this hotel because it was near Malpensa and I had a 6:55 am flight. They have a free shuttle, but it does not start until 6:00, too late for me. They arranged a car, 20 Euros to go 3 km. A bit much since I also did not get the breakfast that was included in the price of the room.

Airport shuttle was an important reason for choosing this hotel. Went to airport to return car after check in and couldn't get back for 1 1/2 hours.
