As a standard you will get an smoker-room!! there is no possibility by booking via internet to say smoker or non-smoker. standard should be an non-smoker-room!!!
our door was damaged after the breakfast, so we had to wait for about 45 minutes at the lounge to retourn to the room!! if something like this happens we would expect something more then a "sorry" ....
