Just the afternoon receptionist was nice and helpful. The others weren't so attentive and ready to provide the information needed. Ranked as a four star hotel, everybody would expect much variety for the breakfast included. Instead, cold cuts and hard boiled eggs were present every morning.

We were very sattisfied to stay in the hotel President. Nice and clean space and very helpful receprtionists. A little problem was lack of place in the parking for cars.

Si algún día regreso a Venecia, con toda seguridad me alojaré en este Hotel.
A pesar de estar en Mestre, tiene buenas conecciones con Venecia con la linea de autobus 4 ó 4/. Y con el aeropuerto de Venice en la plaza 12 de octubre.
Hay ademas restaurantes con comida de muy buena calidad y a precios buenos.
Recomendare este hotel a mis amigos y familiares, con los ojos cerrados

Das Frühstück ist für ein 4Sterne-Hotel sehr dürftig. z.B. keine Brötchen, kein frischer Obstsalat für Müsli. (Nur Dosen-Ananas und die nicht einmal geschnitten sondern ganze Scheiben). Die Waren werden nur aufgefüllt, wenn man nachfragte, ob noch etwas da ist. Das war der Fall bei Käse, Joghurt, Milch. Am 2. Tag wurde die Milchkanne gar nicht mehr aufgefüllt, obwohl genügend Gäste im Restaurant waren. Das Personal im Frühstücksraum machte nicht den Eindruck, als ob ihnen ihr Job Spaß macht.
Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Tür zum Bad ist selbstschließend, was aber zur Folge hat, dass es nicht angenehm riecht, da es sehr schlecht belüftet ist. Vielleicht liegt der schlechte Geruch aber auch am Putzmittel.
