Das Zimmer stank nach Rauch.
Die Teppiche hatten Brandflecken.
Die Klimaanlage kühlte nicht.
Für die Pool-Reinigung wurde ein agressives Mittel verwendet.
Der Preis von Euro 150 war im Vergleich zur Leistung zu hoch.
Eine der beiden Receptionistinnen war sehr unfreundlich und nicht kundenorientiert.
