Di solito non sono polemico, ma è inammissibile che nel 2010 a Milano, un hotel a tre stelle abbia ancora materassi con le molle sporgenti. Si da il caso che la mattina abbiamo dovuto chiamare il 118 per mia moglie, ovviamente abbiamo disdetto per le altre due notti perché ci è stato detto che tutti i materassi erano uguali. Volevo far notare che uno in albergo ci va per dormire quindi la cosa più importante è il letto non tutte le altre cose. Pagare 140€ per andare all'ospedale penso che non piaccia a nessuno.
