Salle de déjeuner un peu petite mais très bon déjeuner.

Cogimos 4 habitaciones dobles, cuando llegamos nos entregaron 2 una con un baño pesimo y otra en la que olian las cañerias muchisimo; las otras dos, nos las dieron como 4 horas mas tarde una muy bien y la otra estaba en otro hotel, asique os podeis imaginar nuestras caras.

Tras discutir mucho con el tio, el segundo día nos cambiaron de habitaciones y he de decir que todas muy bien, limpias no olian. Vamos calidad precio perfecto pero tras haber tenido el dia anterior el hotel nos dejo mucho que desear.

Por otra parte el trato recibido por parte de la recepción fue pesimo, un tio super borde y sin querer hacerse responsable de nada.

Vi segnalo che al momento del pagamento del soggiorno ci hanno detto che non accettavano carte di credito e pretendevano il pagamento solo in contante. Nonostante la prenotazione esplicitava che tra le modalità di pagamento era prevista, tra le altre cose, la carta di credito.

Dopo molte difficoltà abbiamo pagato con assegno bancario.

The room was very clean and comfortable, but it was unusually cold at this time of year in Rome and they didn't want to turn on the heating in the room. Instead we were given some extra blankets.

The beds were very hard

The breakfast was good, but there is no breakfast room, only three small tables in the small lobby. It is possible that you have to wait outside or in your room to get a table and you can't take your time to eat, because other people are waiting to sit down.

The man at the reception desk was exceptionally friendly, very helpful and speaks English fluently! He makes all the difference for this hotel!

We could leave our luggage there during the whole day until our departure in the evening

If you want to stay close to the railway station, I recommend this hotel for a short stay.

They don't take any credit cards! I did read this in earlier reviews, but they do not specify this on the website, but there is a sign at the front desk. So bring your cash!

Non vale il prezzo che si paga a camera. (85 euro al giorno) specie il venerdì e sabato che costa 99 euro a camera. L'internet in 7 giorni l'ho usato per solo un giorno. Solo il rapporto con il personale è ottimo.

Il resto come dicevo prima qualità / prezzo, non vale. Comunque non lo chiamerei un hotel, ma una pensione.

Aspetti positivi: personale gentile, bagno piccolo ma pulito vicinanza al centro. Unico neo: colazione un po' scarsa ma io sono abituata a mangiare molto la mattina.
