Si è riusciti a dormire solo 3 ore a causa del rumore provocato da un guasto alla ventola del bagno: di fronte alle nostre garbate rimostranze, professionale è stato il comportamento del personale coinvolto, dilettantesco quello della direzione che anzichè assumersi la responsabilita dell'accaduto ha furbescamente fatto finta di nulla, minimizzando il tutto.

Hotel Ville de Rose was a very good choice for a one night stop-over at the Malpensa Airport. It was very close to the airport with a free airport shuttle, it was reasonably priced, and it a had a small but a good clean room with all the amenities. It is in the boondocks in the middle of nowhere, but that does not matter when you are just making an airline connection the next day.
I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Superb hotel - although you wouldn't tell by the modest outside. Excellent food (you should try the degustation menu, but make sure you haven't eaten for a week - if not you won't be able to finish it!), helpful staff and extremely clean. Nice breakfast buffet and modern interior. The shuttle service is excellent and nearly 'on demand'. Truly an extraordinary experience - we couldn't have made a better choice.

The air-condition system of the hotel is not sufficient during summer time with temperatures over 30° C along with high humidity. I had booked 2 nights, but I left the next day after a very bad night.
