We stayed at Albergo Venezia for 2 nights. We used the train a lot in order to visit Cinque Terre, so the location of the hotel is just perfect! The staff was really helpful, even if they were not smiling a lot. The breakfast was OK, just the basics to start your day! The room was big enough and very clean! Large windows and view at the town! Definitely the best choice if you are looking value for money! Totally satisfied!

Hotel très bien situé dans la ville de La Spezia pour visiter les Cinque Terre (proximité de la gare). Bon accueil, services discrets et efficaces, bons petits déjeuners bien servis, et surtout la possibilité d'un parking privé pour notre véhicule (en prenant soin de réserver celui-ci à l'avance) pour toute la durée de notre séjour. En effet les facilités de déplacement par train et bateau vers tous les sites permettent un séjour très confortable sans user de son véhicule).

L’hôtel est très bien. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres, fonctionnelles et climatisées (obligatoire car en été il fait très chaud). Le petit déjeuner est correct. L’hôtel est situé à 200mètres de la gare . Idéal pour le départ vers les "cinque terre". Par contre le personnel est incompétent. Le monsieur à l'accueil est soit assis dehors en train de fumer sa cigarette, soit dans le hall vautré sur un canapé en train de pianoter sur son portable. C'est tout juste si il dit bonjour (pas très correct). De toute façon personne ne parle un mot de français, à peine trois ou quatre mots d'anglais. Les femmes de ménage sont très polies et sympas.
